An Amber Alert has been issued for a Dublin father who took his son without permission.

Harold Bennett left his home with his child Justin Nottingham saying they were going to McDonalds. Hours later, the father and child had not returned.

Bennett is about 5'9, 245 pounds, has brown eyes and a bald haircut. Justin Nottingham is 5-years-old. He has blond hair and blue eyes and weights 48 pounds.

Bennett has a known drug history and is known to frequent the Oakland area. He was last seen driving a blue 4-door 2004 Honda Civic, California license plate #5TIC261
